Refund Policy

All products sold by Toots DTF Transfers are custom printed to order.

Because of this, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or customer errors.


No Refunds Apply To:

Custom printed DTF transfers

Incorrect artwork supplied by the customer

Incorrect sizing or file setup

Colour variation between screen and print

Heat press application errors

Courier delays or lost parcels (see Shipping Policy)


Defective or Faulty Items

We will only offer a reprint or store credit if:

The product is proven to have a genuine manufacturing defect

The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order

Clear photos of the issue are provided

We may request return or inspection before approving any resolution.


Important Note

We print exactly what is supplied by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all files are correct before ordering.
