We ship all orders using Australia Post Express Shipping. A flat rate of $15 applies to all orders.

Processing Time (Turnaround)

Our standard production time is 24–48 business hours (1–2 business days).

Orders are printed during business hours only:

Monday – Friday (excluding weekends and Victorian public holidays).

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, Australia Post Express Shipping typically delivers within 1–3 business days, depending on your location and Australia Post service network.

Please note: delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or postal delays.

Important Shipping Disclaimer

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to Australia Post, we are no longer responsible for delivery delays, lost parcels, or transit issues.

All delivery-related issues must be directed to Australia Post.

Example Timeline

Order placed: Monday before 5:00pm

Printed: Tuesday or Wednesday

Dispatched: Same day or next business day after production

Delivered: 1–3 business days after dispatch (estimated)

Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not liable for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect address information provided.

Re-shipping fees will apply if an order is returned due to incorrect address.
