This product is for customers who have already created their own gang sheet layout and are ready for production.

IMPORTANT FILE REQUIREMENTS

Maximum sheet width is 58 cm. File must be a print-ready gang sheet already arranged. Minimum 300 DPI at final print size. Transparent background where required. No blurry, low-resolution, or stretched images. Files that do not meet requirements may be delayed or rejected.

TOOTS TRANSFER – DTF APPLICATION GUIDE

STANDARD FABRICS
Perfect for cotton, cotton blends, and most everyday clothing items.

1. Pre-press the garment for 3–5 seconds to remove any moisture and flatten the fabric.
2. Place the transfer onto the garment with the printed side facing up.
3. Press at 140–150°C with firm, consistent pressure for 8–10 seconds.
4. Remove the film straight after pressing using a smooth, even peel.
5. For best durability and a softer finish, cover with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet and press again for 5–10 seconds.

POLYESTER & HEAT-SENSITIVE FABRICS
Recommended for polyester, sublimated garments, and delicate materials:

• Set temperature to 120–130°C
• Apply medium pressure
• Press for 5–6 seconds

Using lower heat settings helps minimise scorch marks, dye migration, and shine on sensitive fabrics.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Consistent pressure is essential for a clean and long-lasting transfer.
• Make sure the pressing area is flat and free from seams, zippers, buttons, or thick overlaps.
• Heat presses can vary between brands and models, so we recommend testing settings before large production runs.
• Household irons and small craft presses may not apply enough pressure for proper adhesion and are used at your own discretion.

Shipping & Turnaround Time

We use Australia Post Express Shipping for all orders. Shipping cost is $15 flat rate.

Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch from Burnside 3023, VIC (depending on Australia Post service areas).You can check estimated delivery times directly here

Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is 24–48 business hours. Your order is printed within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Business hours are Monday–Friday only and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Example

• Order placed: Monday before 5 pm
• Printed: Tuesday or Wednesday
• Shipped: Same day or next business day after printed .
• Delivered: 1–3 business days after dispatch

Because our products are custom printed to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

We stand behind every DTF transfer we produce. All orders are carefully checked before leaving our Melbourne production facility.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items and we will review it for a reprint or refund where appropriate.

We will happily replace orders if there is a print quality or adhesion issue caused by us.
